Your program is on an app on your phone where you can follow along videos, recommended sets and repetitions to perform, and detailed explanations of all exercises
Reminders on your phone to do your program to keep you accountable
24hr access to your physiotherapist via the app through which you can send and receive messages and communicate at any stage
Your program is progressed and altered as you move through pregnancy and your postnatal recovery
