The typical appointment involves an in depth assessment of the current injury where we will make it clear what we believe is the problem. We will then come up with an individualised plan to help you get back to full health. Treatment & rehabilitation will be very engaging with our primary aim being that you leave with confidence and reassurance how to achieve your goals.
After your appointment you will be sent a follow up email containing videos and details of all your exercises so you know exactly what to do between appointments.
