Post Natal Pilates group classes:

  • Women can attend 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 10 weeks after a cesarean section

  • Great way to meet new mums

  • Babys welcome to join

  • Strengthen your pelvic floor

  • Re-connect to your core and abdominal muscles

  • Strengthen and mobilise your hips, spine, and pelvis

  • A great starting point for new mums to get a strong base in core, pelvic floor, and hip strength prior to returning to higher-level exercise

  • Ran by our Chartered Women’s Health Physiotherapist who specialises in post-natal rehabilitation

1:1 Pilates during Pregnancy and 1:1 Pilates post-natal:

  • 1:1 Physiotherapy Led Pilates is a great way to strengthen throughout your pregnancy and enhance your post-natal recovery

  • Post-natal reconnection and strengthening of your core, pelvic floor and hips

  • You can also be provided with Pilates exercises to do at home

  • All programs are developed by our Chartered Women’s Health Physiotherapist

  • Your program is on an app on your phone where you can follow along videos, recommended sets and repetitions to perform, and detailed explanations of all exercises.

  • You get reminders on your phone to do your program to keep you accountable

  • 24hr access to your physiotherapist via the app through which you can send and receive messages and communicate with your Physio at any stage

  • Your program can be progressed and altered as you get stronger to ensure you continue to progress in your 1:1 classes
